McDelivery FAQ

McDelivery is 100% digital based. Here we answer all the questions you may have to help you fully enjoy and utilize our McDelivery service. If there are questions that you may have and are not covered below, please contact our customer service at 19009001.

Step by step guide to register your account:

 

STEP 1:

                     

 

Click the "I’m a new customer. - ENTER DELIVERY ADDRESS" button on the main of the landing page.

 

STEP 2:

 

Fill in your address by selecting your City, District, Ward and street name by using the dropdown box available.
 

 

STEP 3:

 

Confirm your delivery address 
If your address is still not listed in the results, it may be outside our delivery zone. Please call 19009001 for further assistance.
 

STEP 4:

 

Continue to fill up your details and click on 'Create Account'.
 

STEP 5:

Check your email for activation code.

STEP 6:

You may now proceed to place your order.

 

FAQ

  1. McDonald's does deliver to my area but my address is not found in the search results. What should I do? 
    We are constantly updating our mapping system to include all the addresses covered within each restaurant's delivery radius. Please leave your email address in the notification box (below) and we’ll contact you when McDelivery is available to your address. In the meantime, you may call 1900-9001 for further assistance  


 

  1. Is McDelivery available all across Ho Chi Minh City? 
    We are constantly striving to offer the best service to our customers. Currently, we only cover selected areas in District 2. McDelivery is now available in selective areas of District 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, Gò Vap, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan, Tan Binh, Thu Duc, Binh Chanh and Nha Be.

  2. Can I make order via telephone? 
    No, McDelivery service is only available via website, mobile website and application (available on both Android and iOS).

 

  1. How do I reset my password if I have lost or forgotten it? 
    If you forget your password, that's OK! Just click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the Sign In page and follow the instructions. An email containing your new password will then be sent to your registered email. Please check your "Spam" folder or "Junk email" folder to make sure that our email has not been filtered out.


 

  1. What if I did not receive my activation email? 
    You may request again by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" tab.


 

  1. Do you offer the same menu options for McDelivery as in the restaurants? 
    Except for some items that are inappropriate for delivery, most of our menu is available. You can check our McDelivery menu by clicking on the "Menu" tab on this page.

 

  1. How much is the minimum order requirement for McDelivery? 
    We currently don’t apply minimum delivery for McDelivery.

  2. Is McDelivery available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week? 
    McDelivery is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week at selected areas. Please refer to our delivery coverage list on this site for more information.

 

  1. How much time does it take for McDelivery to arrive after ordering? 
    Please be assured that we aim to deliver our service as fast as we can to meet your needs. Click on the "Track Order" tab to check on the approximate time of delivery.


 

  1. Do you accept McDonald's Gift Certificates through McDelivery? 
    No, we don’t accept McDonald's Gift Certificates through McDelivery.


 

  1. Do you accept McDonald's Be Our Guest cards through McDelivery? 
    No we do not accept Be Our Guest cards via McDelivery.


 

  1. Do you offer discount cards? 
    We do not provide discount cards but McDonald's offers great value-for-money deals for the satisfaction of our customers. 


 

  1. How can I use a paper based promotional coupon? 
    We are unable to honor any promotional coupons through McDelivery. Promotional coupons may be redeemed at our McDonald's restaurants as stated in the Terms & Conditions.


 

  1. Can I make changes after I've made my order or can I cancel my order? 
    Yes, you may make changes or cancel the order by calling 1900-9001, provided that the items have not left the restaurant. Please click on the "Track Order" tab to check on the status of your orders. Please note that orders cannot be changed if it is already being delivered by rider. You will need to start a new order.


 

  1. Is there a limitation to McDelivery orders? 
    For large orders exceeding VND 1,500,000, the estimated delivery time is within 2 hours. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we would appreciate it if large orders could be made in advance.


 

  1. What is Order in Advance? 
    If you would like to place a future order for the current day, you can choose any time as long as the time you enter is during restaurant hours of operation and at least 2 hours later than the current time. We also accept orders for future dates! If you would like to place an order for a different day, you can do so up to 2 days in advance. You will receive an email confirmation when you submit the order. Please check your "Spam" folder or "Junk email" folder to make sure that our email has not been filtered out.


 

  1. What payment options are available through Web Ordering? 
    We currently accept cash and card payment.


 

  1. How will I know when the restaurant received my Internet Order? 
    Once you submit your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at registration. Please check your "Spam" folder or "Junk email" folder to make sure that our email has not been filtered out. And if you're still unsure about your order, you can always call 1900-9001 to check on your order.


 

  1. Where can I change my account info? 
    Once you've signed in to the site with your username and password, select "My Account" from the top menu. You can change your account information there.


 

  1. If different members of my family order McDonald's online, can we all use the same account? 
    Yes, you may share the same account. However, for convenience and security, it is recommended that each member register a new account. Remember, it's free!


 

  1. What do I do if my order arrived with missing items? 
    Please call 1900-9001 and inform our customer service personnel. We will then arrange for the items to be delivered to you.


 

  1. How much is delivery charge? 
    We currently charge VND 20,000 per order.

 

  1. I have received an account activation email, however there is no button to activate shown. What do I do?

          We currently charge VND 20,000 per order.

 

  1. How do I specify the preferred Happy Meal toy?

You can select toy for girl or boy when select a Happy Meal item. For more specific toy name please specify detail in Order remark before Payment step.
