Step by step guide to register your account:
STEP 1:
Click the "I’m a new customer. - ENTER DELIVERY ADDRESS" button on the main of the landing page.
STEP 2:
Fill in your address and click "Next" to proceed.
Fill in your address by selecting your State, and street name by using the dropdown box available.
STEP 3:
Select the most accurate full address to proceed.
STEP 4:
Confirm your delivery address
If your address is still not listed in the results, it may be outside our delivery zone. Please call 1300-13-1300 for further assistance.
STEP 5:
Continue to fill up your details and click on 'Create Account'.
STEP 6:
Check your email for activation code.
STEP 7:
You may now proceed to place your order.

We are constantly updating our mapping system to include all the addresses covered within each restaurant's delivery radius. You may call 1900 9001 for further assistance
We are constantly striving to offer the best service to our customers. Currently, most of our restaurants offer McDelivery. You can check our corporate website to find out if we deliver in your area.

Except for some items that are inappropriate for delivery, most of our menu is available. You can check our McDelivery menu by clicking on the "Menu" tab on this page.
Our current minimum delivery order is RM18 excluding delivery charges and goods and services GST.

Yes, McDonald's Gift Certificates are valid through McDelivery.
No we do not accept Be Our Guest cards via McDelivery.
We do not provide discount cards but McDonald's offers great value-for-money deals for the satisfaction of our customers.
We are unable to honor any promotional coupons through McDelivery. Promotional coupons may be redeemed at our McDonald's restaurants as stated in the Terms & Conditions.
Yes, you may make changes or cancel the order by calling 1900 9001, provided that the items have not left the restaurant. Please click on the "Track Order" tab to check on the status of your orders.
For large orders, the estimated delivery time is within 2 hours. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we would appreciate it if large orders could be made in advance.
If you would like to place a future order for the current day, you can choose any time as long as the time you enter is during restaurant hours of operation and at least 2 hours later than the current time. We also accept orders for future dates! If you would like to place an order for a different day, you can do so up to 2 days in advance. You will receive an email confirmation when you submit the order. Please check your "Spam" folder or "Junk email" folder to make sure that our email has not been filtered out.
We accept cash or McDonald's Gift Certificates upon delivery.
